Le terme Application s’applique à l’application pour mobile ou tablette Android et IOS nommée « Glenton 150».
Le terme Jukebox Glenton 150 s’applique au jukebox avec lequel communique l’Application.
Nos règles de confidentialité expliquent quelles données nous collectons depuis l’Application et les raisons de cette collecte, comment nous utilisons / traitons ces informations et à quels tiers nous pourrions éventuellement les divulguer.
DONNÉES PERSONNELLES
Depuis notre Application, nous ne collectons aucune donnée personnelle (par exemple: les noms, les adresses, les numéros de téléphone, les adresses de courrier électronique ou les adresses IP complètes).
DONNÉES RELATIVES À LA COMMUNICATION
Lorsque vous utilisez notre Application avec une connection wifi pour communiquer avec un jukebox Glenton 150, des données relatives à la communication (par exemple, l’adresse IP) sont automatiquement générées. Le jukebox Glenton 150 ne conserve pas ces données, elles sont utilisées uniquement pour établir une communication entre l’Application et un Jukebox Glenton 150.

Utilisation de la caméra
Nous utilisons uniquement l’appareil photo pour générer des pochettes d’albums utilisées par le jukebox Glenton 150 et par l’application. Les photos prises via l’application sont transmises au Jukebox Glenton 150 qui pourra les retransmettre à d’autres appareils utilisant l’application. Les photos prises ne seront utilisés que par le logiciel d’exploitation du Jukebox Glenton 150 et aux appareils qui s’y connecteront via l’application.
DONNÉES PERSONNELLES NON COLLECTÉES AUTOMATIQUEMENT
Nous ne collectons aucune information personnelle identifiable . Nous ne vendons pas, n’échangeons ni transférons ces informations à des tiers.

The term Application means the application for mobile or tablet, Android and IOS called Glenton 150.
The term Jukebox Glenton 150 means the Jukebox with which the Application is communicating.

COMMUNICATION DATA
When you use our Application with a wifi connexion to communicate with a jukebox Glenton 150, communication data (for example, the IP address) is automatically generated. The jukebox Glenton 150 does not retain this data, it is used only to establish communication between the Application and a jukebox Glenton 150.

Using the Camera
We only use the camera to generate album covers used by the jukebox Glenton 150 and the application . The photos taken with the application are sent to the jukebox Glenton 150 which will transmit them again to other devices using the application. These photos will be used only by the Jukebox Glenton 150 software and by the devices connected with the application.
PERSONAL DATA NOT COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
